If you are an EU consumer and wish to exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, submit your request through your customer account.

Alternatively, contact support@studioayka.com with your full name, order number, product purchased and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will confirm receipt of your request electronically.

Studio Ayka supplies instant-access digital content.

Your right of withdrawal ends once access begins if, before purchase, you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal when supply began.

This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights if the product is defective, inaccessible or not supplied as described.
