Due to the nature of digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing a digital product from Studio Ayka, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access or download begins, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law for digital content.
