These Terms of Service govern your use of the Studio Ayka website and the purchase of products from our store.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

Studio Ayka is a Netherlands-based business.
2. Our products
Studio Ayka sells digital products, including planners, templates and other tools for intentional everyday living.
No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, previews and information are accurate. You are responsible for reviewing the product details, compatibility requirements and intended use before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or technical issues.
4. Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation, usually by email and/or download link.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and for checking your inbox and spam folder.
5. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.
Where applicable, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once access to digital content begins if, before purchase, you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal when supply began.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have if the digital product is defective, inaccessible, not supplied correctly or materially different from its description.
6. Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a product from Studio Ayka, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-resellable licence to use that product for your own personal use, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the product;
- claim the product as your own;
- copy or reproduce the product for commercial resale;
- use the product to create a competing product for sale; or
- remove branding or copyright notices where included.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual-property rights to you.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, product content, branding, text, graphics, templates and materials are owned by or licensed to Studio Ayka and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use this website or our products:
- for unlawful purposes;
- to infringe our rights or the rights of others;
- to distribute malware, spam or harmful code;
- to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the website; or
- to distribute or misuse digital products without permission.
9. Third-party platforms
Some products may require a third-party platform, such as Notion.
Your use of that platform is subject to the provider’s own terms, availability and technical requirements. Studio Ayka is not responsible for changes, interruptions or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery systems available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts any mandatory consumer right.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Ayka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, incompatible devices, internet services or failure to follow stated product requirements.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, Studio Ayka’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
If a digital product is defective, inaccessible or not supplied as described, contact us. We will first attempt to correct the issue or restore access within a reasonable period. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be entitled to another remedy, including a price reduction or refund.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, business practices or legal obligations.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version available when you placed your order, unless a later change is required by law.
